CarrierCal is a calendar and scheduling app designed for USPS City and Rural carriers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information: Your email address and display name when you create an account.
• Profile information: Craft type, NALC branch number, letter code, ZIP code, and schedule preferences you enter during onboarding.
• Calendar events: Leave entries, shift notes, discipline logs, and photos you add to your calendar.
• Photos: Images you attach to calendar days, stored to your private file directory.

How We Use Your Information

• To display your color rotation schedule, paydays, and holidays.
• To store and show your leave, notes, and discipline entries.
• To sync events to Google Calendar if you choose to connect it.
• To process subscription payments if you subscribe to CarrierCal.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your calendar data is visible only to you. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider, which receives only the information needed to complete your transaction.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your profile and all associated calendar events at any time from the Settings page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Third Party Services

CarrierCal uses Google Calendar integration (optional, requires your consent) and a payment provider for subscriptions. These services have their own privacy policies governing the data they process.

Security

We use industry standard measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

CarrierCal is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
